The Brookwood Bay lake home offers a cozy family atmosphere. The comfy seating in the living room will invite great conversations and family gatherings while giving you wonderful lake views. The fireplace is a welcome feature if the evening should turn a bit chilly. The adjoining dining area has a spacious table and lovely outdoor views on two sides. The small u-shaped kitchen is both fully equipped and efficient.

Enjoy the comfort of a queen size bed in the master bedroom or a full bed in the second bedroom. A bathroom is also on this main level.

On the lower level there is a family room with a futon sleeper and another fireplace, just in case. You will also find a convenient laundry room and another bathroom.

The wrap-around deck is perfect for relaxing, reading or bird watching. And it provides a great alternative spot to enjoy lunches or snacks. Down by the water’s edge, you might find yourself dangling your bare feet in the water or making sand castles with the kids. This property has both a dock and a boat lift.

I’ll take my first cup of coffee down to the shoreline to sit in the Adirondack chairs and discover which creatures wake before I do.
