The Lazy Pelican

We are proud to offer this lovely home on the much desired Pelican Lake. The Lazy Pelican offers the ease of single-level living and is serenely nestled on 3.5 acres of well-forested grounds. You’ll approach the home from the tree lined, paved driveway. A sandy shore and level elevation make this home easy living for guests of all ages.

How will you spend your lazy days on Pelican? Reading a hot best seller, dozing on the porch, sunbathing on the long dock, playing on the sandy beach or fishing the premier waters of Lake Pelican?

The living area has hardwood floors and comfortable seating for everyone. Lake views from the both living and dining rooms are superb, but you may well spend much of your time on the screened-in porch. There is an extra room that has been set up as a den with a sofa sleeper and television. Please note that this room also houses the washer/dryer.

The fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining room so the chef can continue visiting with guests while the meals are being prepared.

Three bedrooms and two baths give you plenty of room for the family and a friend or two. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The third bedroom has a set of twin bunk beds and a single twin bed – just right for little ones to snuggle in at bedtime. One bath is full while the second is a three quarter bath. Just not quite enough space for everyone? Consider also renting Cozy Cottage which is just across the bay from this cabin. This second cabin will give you 2 additional bedrooms, just right for 4 more friends or family. The rent will be discounted for those who book both properties for the same time period.

I will sit on the patio with my first cup of coffee and listen to the chickadees in the lakeshore birch tree.
