    • The mature trees on the generously wooded lot are the first indicator that families have been enjoying this summer retreat year after year. What a great home for your family vacation! It sits just 25 feet from the waters’ edge, offering incredible views of Lower Whitefish. I’m sure you will spend a lot of time on the wrap around deck while your children enjoy playing on the 100 feet of sandy beach. In fact, for my first cup of coffee of the day, I’ll just mosey on down to that sandy beach.

    The main floor living room is inviting with rocking chairs, a large, comfy sofa and lots of windows. It has that great north woods feel with knotty pine walls and bead board ceiling. Just one rainy day or chilly night will be a great excuse to build a fire in the wonderful stone fireplace.

    The kitchen is efficient; meal preparation and clean up are a breeze with the help of the microwave and dishwasher. The dining area is next to the kitchen so family and guests can keep the cook company. The table sits in front of a large window for great views. Rounding out the first level are the master bedroom with a king sized bed and the nearby bathroom.

    The lower level with walk out has a large family room – perfect for reading and great conversations. The two bedrooms on this level are great for family and friends. The second bathroom and a helpful laundry room are also on this level.

    One of the nice features of this home is the large bunk room located just a few feet from the house. Two double beds means room for everyone with no one on the floor in a sleeping bag! Please note that the bunk house does not have a bathroom.

    Outside you have the use of a dock, boat lift, hammock, fire pit, and shuffle board.

    Your well behaved dog is accepted for an additional charge of $250. Two dogs would be considered for $350. This is a non-refundable charge.
