Pelican Landing

CabinFinders is excited to offer you a wonderful log-sided home on Pelican Lake. The cabin sits on the north shore of Moose Bay right in the heart of Breezy Point. This three bedroom, two bath home is all on one level and has a warm interior with an up north appeal.

You'll notice a paved road and sidewalk in front of this home, excellent for biking and roller blading or your morning walk. The cabin has a circle drive with a nicely landscaped level yard. There are two decks, a hammock between trees, a sandy beach area for playing as well as a dock, picnic table, and a fire ring.

Walk right in and find yourself in the great room containing the kitchen, dining room and living room with a full wall of windows providing a gorgeous view of the lake. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped including a microwave and dishwasher. It has a long counter with stools on the dining room side. Patio doors open from the dining room and lead onto a roomy deck where you will find casual seating for six and a table with an umbrella.

The living room boasts two comfy sofas, a fireplace, flat screened TV and again, the great lake view. There is a television with cable in the living room and a DVD player. Many DVD's have been provided by the homeowner. There is also wireless Internet, so bring your laptop but only if you must. The homeowner has big plans for the fireplace, unfortunately, it does not work at this time.

The master bedroom is off the living room. It has a king-sized bed and sliding glass doors to the second lake-side deck. The first of the back bedrooms is a lovely room with a queen-sized bed. The other is perfect for the kids with two twin beds and a single bunk bed with a full-sized futon on the bottom. This room is decorated in a boat theme in red, white and blue. There is a full bathroom and a 3/4 bath. The 3/4 bath also houses the washer and dryer.

The Breezy Point area has many amenities. You can boat, fish and swim on huge Pelican Lake. There are two 18-hole golf courses, many restaurants and lots of shopping.As for me, I believe I'll take my morning coffee on the deck, look out over the lake and just enjoy the natural surroundings.
