    • CabinFinders is excited to offer our first riverside vacation home. This lovely home is located on seven acres of land, just minutes from Baxter and the Brainerd International Raceway.

    You will enjoy the lovely landscaped grounds, including the fieldstone path to the river's edge. Dip your pole in; perhaps you'll catch some dinner. If jumping in an inner tube, kayak, or canoe for a lazy ride down the river is something that has always been on your "to do" list, then this is the place for you. Just have your ride pick you up at Hwy 210.

    When you enter River House through its spacious foyer, you will find a lovely view out the riverside windows. The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining. The spacious kitchen has a breakfast counter with stools, so conversation can include the cook of the day. The kitchen, living and dining area graciously blend into one another. There is plenty of cushy seating in the living room for you and your friends to have great conversations. And if the night turns chilly enjoy a fire in the wood burning stone fireplace.

    The main floor master bedroom suite has a queen sized bed and a designer bathroom.

    My favorite room of the house is the gorgeous three-season porch complete with a wood burning fireplace. The views from this room are spectacular. Naturally this is the perfect place for my first cup of morning coffee.

    Enjoy the large screen television in the lower level family room or gather with friends for a hot game of charades. Just outside is a wonderful brick patio with views of the river, another option for your morning coffee.

    The lower level has two additional bedrooms; each furnished with queen sized beds. The bathroom is just across hall. You will discover the laundry room on this level too.
